How can we get in touch with you?

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Our orders generally take 7 to 14 days to be ready. Wholesale orders will depend on the work that is required. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in time.

If I have a picture of something I have seen online, would you be able to make it?

Yes. In such cases we are in constant communication during the sourcing of material with our clients to ensure the item is as close as possible, in some cases even better, than the original.

Do I need to have the exact dimensions of the designs I would like you to execute?

No. When no dimensions are supplied we will use our discretion based on advice from our expert artisans and verify them with our clients.

Am I required to pay the full amount upfront before any work can be done?

No. At least 50 percent of the total amount is required before work can begin so resources can be allocated to the project and as a show of commitment from our clients.

Am I able to place an order in bulk?

Yes. Special orders can be placed in bulk, however, they would require a telephone call for discussions around pricing, turnaround time, and so order requirements can be communicated more efficiently.

Why can't I go with someone cheaper for this kind of work?

You could go with a cheaper supplier, however they are known to rush jobs and use materials of a lower quality. With us, our clients are involved in the process, put emphasis on quality, and ensure our products are worthy of the Khumza brand.
